+++++To All PPL Teams - AHS Covid 19 Temporary Suspension of Pool League Play - UPDATED Nov. 24th+++++

Hi Everyone:

Well, it sucks but given the worsening pandemic trend, it's not a big surprise.

The Province of Alberta has now declared a state of public health emergency.

Part of the new tougher restrictions include the banning of all games - including pool - in all commercial establishments in Calgary and surrounding areas for at least another 3 weeks.

Barring a miracle, that pretty much means that pool league play will be unlikely to resume until after Christmas.

I'll be back in touch before then for an update and hopefully with more positive news.

In the meantime, fortunately we are still allowed to go out to shop or go for a bite or a drink; even to a movie.

But all socializing for the next while is now small groups only with just family or a couple of close friends.

Not easy. Please, stay as safe as you can everyone.
